I would like to catch a Dolly Varden for my lifelist and heard they have them on the Skagit River.  Does anyone know of a good drift to try for them and what to use?

Small silver spoons always do well for me. I always catch a few at the mouth of the Cascade River.

Ditto on the area, if you fly fish, white streamers works well too
