I'm pretty sure that's a Stealth kayak. Not sure which model, but if I had to guess I'd say a Stealth ProFisha 525. There is a dealer now in the central valley of California (Lodi, CA) and several members of NCKA have them.

I wear mine all the time and usually have a spare one in the car or my hatch.
