Hi All,
It took a while, but I finally stumbled onto this Introduction Forum. Maybe I should have read the Approval Email   >:D. To state the obvious, I am a newbie.  Not only to the forum, but soon enough to the world of Kayaking and Kayak Fishing.  I am jumping in with both feet. Having said that, where do I start? I know that I will "DEFINITELY" be getting an ascend Kayak, more on that later. I am looking forward to learning from you all and maybe / hopefully meeting some.  I am out of Olympia, WA

Welcome to kayak fishing.  This sport/adventure will certainly change your life and your savings account.

Lets not have it change your life negatively, so with your current enthusiasm getting started, I would encourage you to spend some quality time reading through the some of the previously posted notes and articles in the forum boards like "For Safety's Sake" and "Don't Ask Me How I know".

Also, browse through your regional board for any more tips and tricks to look out for to help keep your kayak fishing experience on the up side.

Again, welcome to NWKA.  There is a ton of fun out there just waiting for you.  8)

Welcome to the NWKA IslandStorm62.  I agree with INSAYN that the search feature can hook you up with a lot of safety and how to information.  Good luck on your Kayak search.  Try before you buy if possible.
