Our next event has been posted and we are in need of some volunteers.
Saturday June 22nd at East Devil's Lake State Park
We are going to get a place down there and stay the weekend. Good time for a weekend trip to the coast. :thumbsup:

I'm in. I am still stalking the state park for a camping spot. If I can't find one I'll just get up early and drive down morning of. I can't see paying $55 at KOA for a 60' full hookup site just for dry camping with my little teardrop !

Nice, you need to learn to boondock it! Find a country road and set up camp.

I looked into some of the forest roads for dispersed camping, but decided this was not the time to explore those roads for the first time with a trailer behind and a kayak strapped to it.

Where's anybody staying tonite ? I got a spot at the KOA b/c the state park was full up.

Stuck at work right now. I値l drive north this evening and stop when I知 tired, will finish the rest of the drive tomorrow.
I need a place to crash tomorrow night between Lincoln city and rockaway beach. Guess I値l figure that out tomorrow.

The state highway rest area just south of Tillamook is popular for an overnight stay not to exceed 12 hours.
