Hello from Eastern Washington.  I will be purchasing a Kayak soon.  Looking for information on what kayak to buy.  Will be fishing the Columbia River around Tri-Citys, Scountney, and The Potholes.

Welcome to NWKA!

Your best bet is to find a dealer or a demo day and try the kayaks to see which one fits you and suits how you plan to use it.  I started with one that looked ideal on paper, switched to a different one that everyone except me seems to love, and am now in my third kayak - because it suits how I fish better than the first two ever could.  Advice is just that, and it's no substitute for putting your bottom in a boat to see how it fits.  Just saying...

Good luck in your search!
I expected the worst, but it was worse than I expected...

Thanks for the advice.  Signed up for a demo day on the 5th of June.  I will let you know how it goes.
