Anyone pondering whether or not the fish are well into the Gorge and beyond, I assure you, they're IN!

There were a ton of fish caught on Sunday and I marked piles of them on the sonar. This voluptuous lady hit a Mexican Hat spinner blade behind the ever popular chrome Protroll.

Trade in your tidal current woes for the winds and combat fishing of the Gorge today!

Thanks for the inspiring post!

The Gorge is on my list for tomorrow and most likely for Friday and Saturday too. There will be a series of days with virtually no wind up there so I need to jump on it! No wind also makes the combat fishing a lot easier:-)

fake.... If it were real, you'd have invited me.

Great bite at the mouth of the Lewis today. I got there late (11 ish) and hooked a fish in the first 3 minutes of trolling that I couldn't get to the boat. Next 2.5 hours I just watched everyone catch fish. There was 3-4 fish on that I could see most of the time. Just as I was texting "everyone is catching fish but me” to the better half boom.

Heading to Drano tomorrow and see if I can replicate the Rawkfish epic.  Assume it is the same drill as below the dam? Bottom huggers or suspended? Have only fished in the lake and not out in the river there.

Nice work, Beer_Run!

Fish weren't really hugging bottom right outside the mouth but they were mostly in the bottom 10 ft. Depth is about 25-35 ft.

Drove 2.5 hours to fish for 15 minutes 😊. Smallish but shiny. Good news was I got home in time for this! Eight piglets in 30 minutes. Bacon anyone?
