Found this link when looking for something "different" to do for cooking up some fish.  Love that the recipes are simple and cover species common in the NW salt.

Mmmmmmm....any one of those would have been great to eat with the homade shrimp spring rolls I just had.  Thanks for the link.

Now I just need an Insayn disc fryer to deep fry stuff in.
