In the next week bsteves will roll all of the AOTY stuff forward to 2022. In the meantime, you can sign up, fish, etc. I'll start getting the new approvals in and when the leaderboard is updated for 2022 you should see yourself on there. If you don't, please reach out to me (PM/DM). Thanks, and tight lines!

I went ahead and reset the AOTY website for 2022.  All of the 2021 leaderboards are in the archive and the new leaderboard is for fish caught in 2022.

If for some reason you still have a catch from the last couple days of 2021 and want to get it entered under Rule# 10 ( "Entries must be posted within 2 weeks of being caught and photographed. No "hoarding" of entries.") which would potentially allow you to enter a Dec 31, 2021 fish as late as Jan 13th, 2022... Please get that in now and let me know and I can update the archived leaderboards if there is a change.  Thanks.

Great start to a new year Sgt. Dan. You did a remarkable job for the 2021 event rounding up so many sponsors and great awards. Folks are really missing out on a nice opportunity, from the charitable contribution going to a good cause, to the personal challenge as well as the rewards. Everyone is a winner.

You better not have any wild fires drag you off the battle field this summer because I'm outside this evening getting in shape already....moving about a ton and a half of snow that has fallen in the past 3 days. And formulating my game plan. I was always looking up the list at your tail pipe last year. LOL. I've sharpened my cross hairs after missing so many potential opportunities last summer and think I'll do better. Just to keep you on your toes.

Moonshine Rods will again be sponsoring us in the fly fishing category! Woohoo!

KK, I am hoping to do a better job of maximizing the time that I do get to fish! If I get sent out of state on another wild fire I will just have to take my kayak with me!

New sponsor!

NW Tackle Shack out of Vancouver, WA.
Check out what they have to offer on their Facebook page!

https://m.facebook.com/592445790923492/

I first laid eyes on his products at the booth he had set up at the Scappoose Bay Next Adventure Kayak festival and demo day.

He makes some dual purpose wobbler/dodgers that are solid brass then nickel coated. Man they look awesome! Called the Swagger Wobbler.

He also has a product called Blazing Blades that is a bait ball style of flasher that looks pretty amazing! I think I need one of these before I head over to the Brownlee Crappie Shootout!

Thank you Ruben and NW Tackle Shack for the sponsorship!

Does anyone else see the scores messed up on the GOAT leader board? Might just be a problem with my browser.

Do you mean the vast amount of decimal places on some scores? Not just you. Took me a while to find the goat board.

It shows everyone with around 4400 points. Also, when I click on a fish, it just brings up a random fish and not the biggest one. Might just be my phone.
