Title: Cabezon eggs really poisonous?

SO I have heard that Cabezon eggs are VERY poisonous. And i'm scared that if i fillet one and hit the eggs will i get sick?

Probably not. Looks like you have to actually ingest the eggs in some quantity to make you sick. Ok thank you :) That was the only think making my wairy about eating them.
