It is time for me and one of my Revo's to part ways. I have found over the last year the Pedals are causing strain on my hips that I do not have when I paddle. So, after paddling the Revo for the last 8 months, Its time to move on to a more paddle worthy craft!
This is a 2016 Hobie Revo 14 in mango. The only modifications are 1 in hull Scotty mount and 1 gear track w/ backing plate. Mirage drive has turbo fins. The hull has the typical scratches from beaching, but it has always been stored inside. I plan to keep the fish finder.
Boat is located near Coeur D'alene, ID.
I'm asking $1600.00, but will also consider a trade for another kayak (specifically: Tarpon 140, 130X, Stealth 14 or X Factor.)
I can send more pics if you want one of something specific.

Have you tried a native propel, I have a bad hip and the circular pedal motion doesn’t bother it, but after a few hours in a Revo a while back I had worse hip pain. Just my $0.02

I haven’t tried the Native Propel, however the issue with my has to do with keeping the IT band and Soaz muscles constantly engaged when raised up on the pedals. i even use heel straps and went back to regular fins, but after pedaling even a short distance i can hardly walk for a couple of days. but...if i paddle, no hip trouble. Also the i love the sleek hull design on the Revo, but i cannot stand and stretch very well anymore. I guess i’m not as young as i once was!

I'd be all over this if it wasn't 5 hours away. Planning on heading west anytime soon?

Bump! I realize that I'm kind of out of the way for most of you. Delivery might be an option.

I resemble that remark, if you don’t get a strike before the TBKD 4 I’m hoping Smilinkayaker and his crew make it and they might be able to transport. If I didn’t have 3 kayaks already and had some extra cheddar I’d be all over it. Of course I’d be a dead man :violent1: but hey!
