Hit Sunset Bay on Thursday, You know the story salmon bite being slow and a window opened up for the ocean and have a hankering for for some fish taco's. No point fish being sought after just plain  hunting for meat fish. After 8hrs. on the water- countless underlings, 2 greenlings that where the mirror image of each other(think bookends) and blacks to fill out my limit, plus one really nice ling that got wrap around some bull kelp that broke me off. I know" PICTURES,PICTURES"? The first 2 pictures are of the bookends while the 3rd picture is of my limit battered and deep fried (1 of 2 trays).

You had a good day, Scott.  Sorry I was otherwise occupied...   ;)
Everything will be all right in the end, so if it's not all right, then it's not yet the end.

Nice work on the fly rod, Scott! I'm jealous. I blew it up here Friday - forecast matched conditions, and I didn't pull the trigger.  :'(  My salt window is getting pretty narrow for the rest of the year.

Nice! It was awesome to see so many out at sunset Thursday and throughout the weekend! Ken caught a big Ling on sat. It was a pretty good trip for us other than no salmon, they just weren't biting.

It's never late as long as you are having fun and catching fish!
