As mentioned, I have a conflict that will prevent me actually fishing the event, but may be able to drop by for the Captains' meeting or the awards ceremony, or somewhere in between just to say hi.

4 so far.... keep them coming. We’re doing 36 captain bags unless we surpass that for registered competitors by the the end of April then we bump to 48.

FYI I’m ordering a couple $100 in tackle and fishing goodies for the captain bags this year so be sure to get your registration in early the first 10-15 bags will get a little extra if you know what I mean ;)
Anyone wanting to contribute goodies to the captain bags pm me.

Also guys and gals remember there’s a limited number of bags and an even more limited number of extra goodies in da bags. $200 of goodies sitting in Pam’s Amazon cart waiting to be ordered for the bags.
Once your PayPal or check is in your registered your paperwork can come in later.

Ok folks with only 13 registrations in ( one on the way in the mail) we have decided to put a date on the captains bags instead of a number so I can get the stuff ordered.
If you register before May 16 th you get a bag so get them registrations in ASAP.

Reminder guys I’m ordering the stuff for captains bags on the 16th and the number of registered competitors at that time is who gets a bag, so get them registrations in! In other words if you register after the 16th no captains bag! :o

Ok guys and gals I got 22 in as of last night. Check the list if you sent yours in and Pm me if I missed ya. Been busy with the father in law and other things, tournament included.

Been getting the 23 captains bags together and as of checking the mail today we have 25 registrations in. Remember to print out and bring your registration form with you, if we don’t have it in the folder before you launcj you’re disqualified.

Heads up for those getting a captains bag it will have some small single hooks for bay perch (amongst other useful fishing things)so bring some line to tie up some for on the water.

I'm afraid I am not going to be able to make it out to fish this time. Appendix decided 2 weeks ago was a wonderful time to demand immediate removal. :angryfire: Getting back to normal but not ready yet for the stresses of a kayak trip. I might come out for the afterparty to see how y'all did.

Is the captain's meeting Friday at 07:00 or 19:00? In the other "Registrations 4th Annual Tillamook Bay Kayak Day 6/16/2018 Official post! " thread, you stated it was 19:00. I was planning to leave work early to make it.

So how was the fishing? I dropped in at the clubhouse around 5 but it looked like things were wrapping up so didn't stick around. The bay looked pretty rough with a small craft warning up. Everyone make it alright?

Hang onto it, I'll get it from you next opportunity. It's a good excuse to get out fishing this summer on the bay.

No the wind kicked up out of nowhere around 10:00ish I think... it was All kinda a real fast blur for me today :o
And on that note
Those who didn’t make it to get there captains bags need to make arrangements to get them from me in the next two weeks or we’re going to break them down for HOW NOC and donate them to the chapter tackle box !
