Missing is Michael Carosella, 69, who is reported to be an exeperienced kayaker wearing a black dry suit and a black life jacket.

Those colors (or lack there of) could seriously hamper the search. 

Hope they find him, and alive at that.

Hope they find this guy for better or worse.... Hopefully he's okay, but regardless I hope they find him.

I hope they've found his crab buoy and checked the length of the line.  Ropes attached to heavy things in the water have the potential for disaster.

as of 10am, CG still calling for mariners to be on the lookout for him...still hoping they find him safe.

as for the kayak in that image, I'm not sure it would be my choice to carry even one crab pot, or pull up a heavy pot...

A black wetsuit makes more sense from a user standpoint.  Not a lot of options in colors with wetsuits.

When there was mention of a wooden paddle I figured it would be a wooden ocean style yak, looks like it.

Lots of things could have gone wrong, thats why I don't go alone.
