Mountain Dew is doing the "Outdoor Stimulus" again this year. I thought nothing would come of it last year but I got the free $20 (I believe it was $20.)  It's easy to sign up and simply scan or screenshot your fishing license.

Edit: It looks like it's a Chance to win $25 this time. Probably not worth it to sign up... Leaving the post though just in case...

Anyone looking for a bigger cooler for larger fish that does not weigh too much Costco has the Igloo Maxcold 165 qt on sale for 79.99.  I good deal I think and a big upgrade from my old igloo 120.  The big igloo is nice to throw whole fish and crabs in before processing.  Diagonally inside it’s about 38”.

It’s supposed to be a great coho year but I’m planning on bonking many chinook as well!

I bought one a few years ago. Great cooler to whole Chinook in. The insulation is mediocre though.

Next Adventure deal of the day.
Mustang Survival Traction fingerless gloves.
Still some larger sizes available in gray.
Was $25
Marked down to $15
Now $8
Pretty good quality for $4/hand.

Also, the fall clearance sale is going on now. Lots of good deals on doodads and yaks and SUPs from their rental fleet.

Picked up an Attwood paddle lanyard for $3.

REI has a 20% off coupon for full-priced item, active now "GEARUP2021".   I used it on a Kokatat drysuit.   Was surprised it qualified.  There are some limitations.  Coupon good through 11/22.

For black friday sales...

West Marine will have this radio for $99, I believe this is the same unit I use and have liked it. If you're in the market for a VHF it's a good low/no frills unit that should hold up pretty well: https://www.westmarine.com/buy/standard-horizon--hx300-compact-floating-handheld-vhf-radio-with-usb-charger--13130844

The last few years Fish Field has had solid deals and nice to support the local guys. Last year I got a Daiwa Harrier rod for $65 I believe which is a great price for a solid saltwater jogging stick

That does sound like a good deal. I miss my weekly visits to the downtown Tigard store, the website is pretty solid though. Will have to keep my eye on it.

Yeah I miss the Tigard store and the new Tualatin one (when it opens) is just that bit farther for me that random browsing will be inconvenient.
