I thought I'd post this up for anyone new to the sport or in the market to demo a kayak.  The Northwest Paddling Festival is happening at the state park on Lake Sammamish Friday and Saturday (May 11 & 12).

If you're in the market to demo multiple kayaks, this is your one chance to do it in one place.  The event is free but the wrist band is $6 to demo any kayak, SUP or watercraft of your choice.

I know Jasen Phelps is giving a talk on Kayak Fishing on Saturday at 10am.  I'll be working the RAM Booth and will be making my rounds to Hobie & Kokatat while there.  I know there's talk about some guys going out fishing as well.  Here's the event details www.northwestpaddlingfestival.com

I’m planning to be there about 9, will swing by to see Brad before the 10 A.M. kayak fishing talk and then do some browsing. Hope to see some folks, especially any new folks demoing kayaks. I’ll be staying dry for this one and hoping to check out ram mounts for the revo.
