Great sponsors are a major part of the event and some ways we can show our appreciation is to visit and "Like" their sites and use their gear. Feel free to tag the event when you post up positive experiences with sponsor company products.

The Court Appointed Special Advocates of Eastern Oregon will again be benefiting from the event. To learn more about how they help children in the foster program or to become a volunteer please visit their site www.casaeo.org

Happy to have Skwoosh back with us this year with a donation of a Kayak Pad and a Fishing Chair Seat Pad. They have been with us from the start and we are very grateful for their support. Their Cushions really helps to add some comfort to your backside when you spend a long day on the water. I can feel the difference when I use mine even on a Vantage seat. They are super compact and can be used in a variety of ways. We pack ours to football games and judo tournaments. Really helpful if it's been raining.

Thanks Barb, I appreciate that. It's actually getting easier (I think) because the anglers are so vocal on social media about the event. I believe potential sponsors will search that stuff and decide if it's worth it to donate gear. I really thinks it makes a difference for them to see the excitement of people that are planning to attend. So Thank you to the past and future participants, you guys are doing a great job. jed

Stoked to have Petzl back with the event this year. I have been using these lights for many years. Most recently for night time walleye fishing from the kayak this Winter. These are quality headlamps that I trust to light up the night while on, and off the water. Follow their athletes and view updates on their Facebook page and find a headlamp to match your needs at www.petzl.com Thank you Steven for the donation.

It never ceases to amaze me, how many sponsors you line up for these events.  Pretty soon you're going to have to put a formal cap on the number of participants also.

Happy to have Rod-N-Bobb's Inc. joining the sponsor list this year. They have floaters and gear for almost any situation you are planning to fish. I have used their bobber for years, especially when crappie are suspended or not active and a slow and prolonged presentation is required. Rod-N-Bobb's float is what you will want to keep your jigs in the strike zone. I'm very interested in some of their new models that allow the float to be used in multiple ways. They even offer lighted floats for night fishing.

Find the their gear at many local sporting goods stores or online at www.rod-n-bobbs.com Thank you for the donation Kim.

RinseKit sent a POD for the Brownlee Crappie Shootout V prize table this year. Their products are super effective at washing down gear after a day of fishing or for washing off kids that took too long to eat their ice cream in the car. The POD looks like a slick set up that could really come in handy. Thank you for the support Kira. See their new products and POD specs at www.rinsekit.com
