If anyone has old 2-4 C or D cell May Lites they'd like to get rid of, hit me up via PM please.

Not interested in any that have damage from battery leakage or corrosion of any type. But, if its still got the old style bulb, still works and is just cluttering up your junk drawer, yeah lets talk.

Not sure what you're looking for these for specifically, and mostly non related but I have been using an old maglite that was all buggered up and corroded as a fish bonker for a few years now. It works amazingly well for that purpose.

Would this be for a potential AR-15 application?

Guys, no fish bonker, no AR application.  Have those covered.

Simply, I can retrofit and upgrade them more cheaply than buying new Olight, Sure Fire, Streamlight, Fenix, ThruNite, NiteCore, etc.  (And have several of each of those from over the years.)

For instance, I can upgrade the emitter, bulb, whatever,  from the old inefficient 45 -60 lumen incandescent bulbs, to LED kits that can push up from 200 to 600 lumens from the same device, and have a reliable home or vehicle emergency light that runs on standard alkaline batteries instead of the current pocket sized lithium powered ones that can potentially burn a hole in your butt if the battery doesn't have protection circuits included.

So, just that simple. Thought I'd ask if anyone had one or two they'd like to unload, and in the process, I'd save some money by taking them off their hands.

I used to have a bunch of the larger C and D cell maglites, but they were all lost in a boating accident.
