Hi all,

I recently have had to replace my boonedox rudder after some carelessness on my part, and am upgrading the steering cables as well.  While removing the cables and rudder, I found that the plastic housing that the steering handle nests into has cracked and broken.  I cannot seem to find a replacement for this part that doesnt come with a whole new handle apparatus, which I don't need, and I don't particularly want to spend the amount of money for a NLD or BerleyPro handle set.

I have seen a video () of a guy who has 3d printed something like I am looking for, but the link to it has it out of stock and attempts to contact the creator have not been successful thus far.

Anyone have any suggestions/recommendations about what I might be able to do to effect a repair that doesn't break the bank and isn't just buying the same part that has already broken once before (the plastic is just so thin and I don't have confidence in it)?

Mojo can just rig one up out of 1/2” stainless steel plate if necessary...

Not a youboober but I’ll get it from there. Thanks man, I already ordered a replacement.
