I’m looking to add some stability to my revo 16. Does anyone have any experience and or suggestions/recommendations on which ones work best for fishing?

The easiest would be Hobie's Sidekick Ama Kit (a little over $200).  Easy on and easy off.  Watched a video recently where someone's hull developed a crack and was taking on water.  The ama's helped delay the kayak sinking while he was being towed back to shore (no pump with him of course).
