Careful, Tinker . The west coast gets satellite live streamed north to south every 130 hours.  You might have given yourself away with the tinfoil hat that day.

They're for catching shad, silly.

Ok, to clarify after all the zanieness: the shad darts I have are all the undressed style. After spending time on YouTube I've come away with a lot of saved videos on how or what to add to commercially made darts. Which, are really just a funny shaped jig head.

Also got some great ideas on how to fish these little buggers . So , I just reinforced what my wife and kid have been telling me all along: I don't know crap about fishing. 🙃

"I just reinforced what my wife and kid have been telling me all along: I don't know crap about fishing."

And there's something wrong with that?  If I had to wait until I had a clue I'd still be thinking fish only come in a box with "Mrs.Paul" printed on it.

I don't tie them as pretty-looking as surf12foot's artwork (I finally got the box open).  Mine look sorta-kinda like those in the upper left in the picture: bead chain eyes wrapped with cactus chenille, but without the tail.  It's those little details that separate the Posers, like me, from the Sources, like Scott.

Wait!  Sorry Scott!  What was I thinking?  There isn't anyone else like you.  You are the one-and-only Source.  (Will you still let me tag along when you go fishing or is it Mrs. Paul's for me from now on?)
I expected the worst, but it was worse than I expected...

Wait, Tinker. Did I miss something?  Was the box he sent you a puzzle box ?

No, but the latch was designed by a sadist.
