Ordered this in a restaurant in Thailand today.  While we won't be cooking up any of theses fresh anytime soon , I'm sure it won't be long before they invade our waterways.

Crispy fried with young lemongrass, fresh chillies, shallot and cilantro.  Sauce was lime juice, fish sauce, chillies, and palm sugar.  Very good.

It really doesn't look that good. Haha.
Although, it's good to know they taste good in case they ever take over the NW.

That would be grilled chicken.  They serve it with an amazing dipping sauce called Jaeo http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2012/07/thai-dried-chili-dipping-sauce-recipe.html

I'm really going to miss the food here.  Fresh and cheap...  Here's some Fried fish in turmeric with crispy shallots on top.
