Now he's going to think it's always like that ;)

Nice tight composition in the photo.  I really like it.  Shiny fish, flasher, spinner, rod, kayak, NWKA logo, it's all there.

Serendipitous. My nephew, Kolby is maturing into a responsible young adult, listens well, values hard work/fishing and shares a harvest to table ambition. He continues to pursue the anadramous from a kayak and has been riding/drifting coastal rivers with me for steelhead years past. Its difficult to capture the beauty of the  true star in the show, the fish, in these moments without a good camera man or fishing enthusiast around to help.

Congrats! I'm hoping to get a unicorn this weekend.  Any tips?

My last post was a long drawn out explanatioon of my theory for spring salmon fishing & how to start out to succeed. That’s more than anyone ever gave me, even on a guided trip.
There’s something to be said for trying something new & doing something different.
Good luck!
