Official Save the Date- ORC 2016

Confirmation from the City of Depoe Bay, Chinook Bend, and the Harbor Master came in this week for the 2016 ORC.

This years event will be July 9 2016

Chinook Bend is now taking Reservations at 20% off for ORC participants for the event weekend.  You can contact them at: (541) 996-2032

Online registration for the ORC will be up very soon as will threads for planning and volunteers.

I have heard about this event for several years and haven't been able to participate for one reason or another.  This year, however, SCTrace and I are road tripping to Depoe Bay!!

Unfortunately, I don't get to play this year! This is the one event I'd really been looking forward to......ever since I left last year, I couldn't wait to get back to this one. But, a rare opportunity has come up (marlin tournament down in baja) and I'll be gone the week of ORC. Good luck to all that make the trip. Hopefully the weather plays nice this year!
