I've done some fishing in CBY's neck of the woods, and if I were him I would head towards Winchester, on the Umpqua, sometime after the snowmelt. (If any, this year.) Some monster SMB in that section. I think it would be easy to beat the 15" goal.

Fished up there at Scottsburg once. Will be heading back for sure this year
