Acronyms

Is there a list of the acronyms that are used from time to time on this site. It would help newish members like myself to understand some of the posts. I tried to search "acronyms" but could not find anything.

Cant remember off hand, age you know. Well you don't cos your a young un. Haha.
Its not just me, I've recently seen posts by other newbies. There are a number. here is one off todays posts. "the 9th no PC". Some are self explanetory. Some have me thinking what??? Or where??? I just wondered if there was a glossary somewhere.

Some refer to lakes, ofshore fishing areas etc.

PC is Pacific City. I know that one.  I've learned a lot of jargon on these forums but it takes a while. Big C, Big D, Big Blue, Willy , Tilly , Clack, Slaw, etc.

Yep, like that. I'm not complaining. Just wondered if there was a list. Otherwise I have learned so much from members on this site. Thanks peeps.

Mojo thought me one today. FNG is a new guy. I'll let you figure out what the f stands for.

CBE= Caught, Beaten, and Eaten

FOW; Feet of Water (depth)
HMB: Half Moon Bay
FAC: Flat Ass Calm (water)
WAF; Wife and Family (as in WAF points, accumulated by doing household chores, or made obsolete by marrying a kayak fisherwoman  ).

WAF actually stands for Wife Approval Factor, which is why you may sometimes see GAF (Girlfriend Approval Factor), and maybe even BAF...but I haven't seen this one yet.
