My dad lives there, and I'm a part time angler of those waters.  Where ya headed?

Lake Mary Ronan will be bassy. Perch should be biting, too. Senkos, Texas rigged, by the dock pilings will be good. Bring a bunch of colors. Some days require neon shades...others ask for muted pumpkin or olive. I've never figured that place out. Montana bass love earthworms, too. If you can travel, head up into the Swan. Glacier lake should be crazy with cutties.

If you take the old gravel cutoff to Libby, the kootenai will be full of hungry trout. Old school is the key. Cleos and spoons. Go big in size and hit the calmer pools.

I'll be floating the river in late Aug. PM me when we get closer...
