The only experience I have with grilled lingcod was of my first one I caught back in 1994 off PC.

It was a chunky 36" with really thick fillets.  I cubed the meat and cab-bobbed them on long metal skewers.
Basted the cab-bobs with a good quality Italian dressing as it cooked.

So good and tangy!

Not sure if this would result the same in a Treager as I've never actuallt used one.

Thanks INSAYN.

Jammer, calling Jammer, do you read?

BTW, Michael are you going to get Traeger to sponsor/donate to ORC this year? Maybe a side raffle for HOW?

You can cook fish other than salmon on a Traeger?  Huh.  I did not know that. ;)  I think the only thing I have ever cooked on my Traeger is salmon. At least once per week.

By the way, another reason to justify fishing is the lowering of cholesterol.  Ever since I figured out how to consistently catch salmon, my cholesterol has dropped significantly.  It was the only dietary change I have made.  Inform the spouses.
