Our first official event will be held at Cape Mears Lake State Park 13th street NW Tillamook Oregon. We will be taking 8 participants out and would like to show a strong volunteer presence for our first outing, since there sticking 300 16+>- inch trout in there I'm hoping to get the participants on a huge trout. As our first event and due to distance traveled for our Portlander volunteers we will be doing volunteers at 0800 ,with our participants arriving at 0900 and we will be wrapping it up at 1400. Let's kick off the North Oregon Coast Chapter full throttle.

I think you mean "Cape Meares lake" not Cape meats :police: I am not sure how deep it is typically, but I guess they've lowered the level for dam repairs. May be worth checking out? http://www.dfw.state.or.us/news/2016/06_June/061516.asp
