It kinda sounds like there may be some interest in a gathering of the clan this Saturday at the "Shipwreck".
Open invitation --- come one come all. Let's make a party of it.

Fishing has been hot. Tides look great .9:15 for high tide.  Get there a few hours early to work the fresh fishes and off the water by noon with limits.

Bring herring or spinners or whatever turns your crank and lets slay some salmon. Should be a great time. I know I'll be there...........
Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent

I'm up in Edmonds WA and our Shipwreck is different than the one you're talking about.  Got a link to the location where you'll be rallying?

An address eh ??? Well you can see the shipwreck as you drive east coming off the Astoria Bridge of Hwy 401. It is real close to 2 miles from the north side of the bridge. There is a barge there as well as the old shipwreck. No, I don't really know a physical address.

 Gps co-ordinants ??? N 46 15' 35"  W123 51' 21"

Just go to the bridge and head east. It really is simple to find.

I'm trying to get up there Monday, Tuesday.  1st time at this fishery and pretty stoked!

The salmon bite in PC sucks right now, lots of boats coming without a single coho today.
