I drop a 6" Hogy on most trips out of Depoe at some point in the day.  I have smashed some monster 17-20lb Cabies with them.

However, the lings teeth really do a number on them, so when I start attracting tons of nippers, it's time to put Hogy back in my tackle box.

Greedy but pretty lil cab caught on a 6" Almost Alive flounder, on 6oz jighead, today out of Depoe.
A day without fishing probably wouldn't kill me,
but why risk it?
