So who is using what?  neopreme  socks on your drysuit or ankle seals?  If using socks what kind of boots/shoes are you wearing?

Thick comfy socks inside the drysuit, and 5mm neoprene boots over the drysuit.

Just like everyone else, thick woolies under and neoprene booties over.  Don't get the booties too tight.  It is the air trapped in the socks that provide the insulation.  Tight booties compress your socks and reduce there insulative properties.

When it is REALLY cold, use chemical toe warmers on top of the wicking pair of socks. I like them under the ball of my foot.

Guys, I think the question was to have an integrated neoprene sock on the wetsuit or go with out and just have ankle seals.  I think most drysuits these days have integrate socks, although not neoprene.  That's the say to go  IMO.  And then layer like the others are saying here, with thick socks under and neoprene booties over.
