I ordered a medium, cuz I'm kind of a small guy. Well it came today and I tried it on and it fits, but it sure doesn't feel comfortable. Should it be kind of baggy to be more comfortable? The arms fit to my wrist, but if my arms are extended it's tight. Thanks for any advice!

You'll want some extra room in your drytop for layering up.  Sounds like you might need to go up a size.
