Simple and effective Downrigger Mount for OK Trident 13

I wanted a way to temporarily mount a downrigger on my OK Trident 13 without permanently cutting or drilling. Works amazing...installs or removes in seconds. Mounts to the factory pole holders yet still leaves them usable and even adds two additional pole holders in the rear. The seat mount straps cinch the mount down securely...strong enough to pick up the boat by the mount.  Cost was under $10

(4) 1” PVC “Tee” fittings
(2) 1” PVC 45-degree fittings
(2) 1 ¼”x 1” PVC “Tee” fittings 
(2) 7 ½” lengths of 1 ¼” PVC pipe
(2) 5” lengths of PVC pipe
(1) 9” length of 1” PVC pipe
(1) 16”x6” piece of 1/8” aluminum plate…or any other lightweight rigid material (wifes cutting board?)

What would we do without PVC pipe!  Great job.

I like it.  Does the handle whack the back of the seat as you drop the lead?

No, but the brake handle comes very close...but I'm usually sitting side-saddle when operating it so it's not an issue and not worth a do-over...I'd whack an inch off the plastic handle before I did that
