I was just at Costco in Vancouver and they were advertising the GoPro Hero 2 with the wifi backpack for $199. This did NOT include the wifi remote. That has to be purchases separately.
Still, best deal I've seen on this unit so far.
I believe it also came with some basic mounting accessories.
That is all.

I saw these as well.  Isn't there an app so you can use your phone as the remote?

Yup! You're right. It does work. I bought a DryCASE for my iPhone and keep it around my neck (and under my pfd so it doesn't snag on stuff) when fishing. You can still use the phone's screen through the DryCASE which is pretty sweet. Plus, saved me from buying the 80 dollar remote.

I recently bought a similar case for my phone.  It fits perfectly in a front pocket of my fishing vest so it's out of the way as well.
