I'm already looking ahead to pinks, and have fished Browns Point from shore but never had the pleasure of pinks from a kayak before.  I'm hoping to avoid the madness of beach angling shoulder to shoulder, so I'd like to get on the water in the same area but move up or down the shore to gain more privacy and quiet without sacrificing fishing opportunities.  I'm looking for suggestions on any good launch points, and also I'm unfamiliar with any rules/laws when fishing offshore from private property, if there are an to be concerned with.  Thanks for an help!

I'd like to know if there's better options than I know of also..  if you wanted to carry your kayak a ways and jump seawalls, then either Browns Point or Dash Point pier is an option, trouble is parking is always at a premium that time of year.
You can launch at Dash Point State Park, and fish between there and Browns Point - plenty of pinks pass Dash Point also - but it is a walk from the parking lot - especially at low tide.  There is also a launch specifically for kayaks on Marine View Drive just south of the marina on the east side of Commencement Bay, if you want to paddle/pedal a ways up the coastline to Browns Point.
