Alright Polepole I'll stop lurking  . I am Mike Pierce. I'm a member on the Oregon Fishing Forum and Spearboard (mostly active in the PNW section). I've loved kayaking since 2000. Only within the last couple years did I finally get one of my own. I currently own a 2012 Wilderness Systems Ride 115 that I bought at Alder Creek Kayak. Great guys there. I do everything on it from paddling around to fishing, bowfishing (for carp), and spearfishing out in the ocean. I really love this kayak. I've also made some mods to it which I'll share at a later time if anyone is interested. It's good to finally sign on. Thanks.

RR, you are correct.  Looks like we have a bit of a celeb in our midst!   

That's insane. I watched the Silva vs. Browne fight last fall with a buddy. I think you might have fought that night as well. I had to look up your fight record to check my hunch you did in fact fight that night. It was lights out for Simpson.

rawkfish I'll have to show everyone as you said. But I can't really take too much credit. I stole a couple of the ideas from palmettokayakfishing.com. He has a Ride 135 and made some mods I used for my Ride 115. I'll go into detail about them on a different section of the forum though.

Romanian Redneck Yes, I'm "THE" Mike Pierce that knocked out Aaron Simpson. He's a really nice guy but it was him or me in that situation. He was getting the better of me in the 1st. I had to do something to turn the tide.

C_Run I'm glad my reputation proceeds me haha. Gory images of carp being impaled by spear or arrow put a smile on my face
