Pretty sure its fake...look at 0:58-1:00, the shark does some teleporting.

I have no idea of the veracity of the video, but that looks to me like a video artifact of the camera changing direction quickly. If it is a fake, well then good job!

Terry Tufferson’s GoPro video GoPro: Man fights off great white shark in Sydney Harbour has received more than 2m hits since it was uploaded yesterday.

It was billed as a “bit of a close call with a great white shark in Sydney Harbour”.

On the same day a video called “Almost” great White Shark Attack - Newport Beach, Australia was also uploaded..

The video footage of a man’s legs kicking away from a white shark is the same in both videos.

It is unclear which video was uploaded first.

It is a cool video, but I doubt its real.

Definitely fake.  You can see the bottom and wall every time you can't see the shark, but when you can see the shark, there is no bottom or wall visible.

Yup, that's a teleporting shark alright.  Crummy editing skilz.

Watch the surface of the water.  From the top it is flat calm, from under is has chop and swell.

Still very entertaining almost on par with a hamster eating a tiny burrito.
