I dropped pots off Dash Point in 120' of water and let them soak for 24 hours. Unfortunately I got sick so pulling the pots wasn't as fun as it could have been. I got three keepers (plus bunch of females and a starfish). Got them home and they tasted delicious. Made the wife happy.

I look forward to going out again.

Yes good work. Sorry you felt sick. While pulling the pots try and focus on the shoreline or the sky. It does it for me.

Nice work, yes.  Two weeks into the season and I'm no longer picking up Dungees in Sinclair Inlet, just an occasional red rock, and sun stars the size of throw rugs.  So three legals on an overnight soak is not shabby.  I wish they'd find a way to eliminate commercial crabbing inside the sound (areas 9-13).  Two weeks before the sport season starts they work over my local crabbing area hard and leave very little behind.  A lot of folks quit trying after the 1st week pickings have been so slim.

Jealous of that! Hopefully one day they will open it up to where I live!

Looks like a winner to me. Yeah that motion sickness sucks. Got it once. I think overheating and keeping your noggin down too much contributes to it. They sell pills for that stuff. I heard they even have the non-drowsy version.

I think it is/was a flu bug. I'm looking forward to doing this next week for sure plus hopefully getting some pinks. When I got my kayak I would have never thought I would get crabs in it before a fish.

man, there's nothing better than getting a combo crab/salmon limit!
