Hey Fellow Kayak Anglers!

New to the site here, but been kayak fishing for 10 years.
Started with a sit in kayak and then found the sit on top kayaks and got completely hooked!

lived in MN and was fishing Lake Superior for salmon and trout, but the lake conditions there are so violent most of the time that it's hard to get time out on the big lake.

I've since moved to Sandpoint, Idaho and do the majority of my fishing on Lake Pend Oreille.
The weather here makes it much easier to get time on the lake.

My current kayak is a Hobie Quest outfitted with depth finder and trolling setup.
I will be installing at least one downrigger in the next week, any advice is more than welcome!

Hope to get to know fellow kayak anglers and swap stories and ideas!
