This is the other big tournament of the year at NCKA.  Traditionally Gimme Shelter and Albion draw about the same number of participants.  Would love to see some NWKA representation.

Just a short 12 hour drive.  I would love to go... or course i want to go to all events.  I think salmon season is in full swing for me at that point.

It was a great event and a TON of fun!!

My good buddy Joe bloodbath won the whole thing! AND the $1000+ side bet!!

We partied pretty dang hard celebrating the win that night!! >:D :banjo: 8)

I dove Friday and Saturday and managed abs up to 9.5 inches, black RF up to 18.75 and LOADS of uni to share at camp.

Here is a little underwater vid:

And a vid of the champ and the champagne bath.   ;D

Good times!!!

Sincerely,

Jim

Thanks for sharing pics n vids Jim. I definitely need to try making it to Albion. That is a huge event, dang Joe killed it. I'll have to see if I can gather the rest of the traveling tournament crew.
