Anyone have suggestions on locations for some good smallie fishing on the Willamette? Fish out of CedarOak and that area typically produces but looking for some other spots.

For the Willy, I've done the best this year launching from George Rogers, but did very poorly the last time I hit it the 2nd week of August. I attribute that somewhat to the heat, and not paying attention to the water dropping/tide influence. Only scratched out 2 that day -both less than 12".
