Alkasazi,

It's about a 30-40 minute trip from the Gorge (Stevenson area).  The lake is north of Camas which puts it about 20 minutes from my house.  It's about 315 acre lake that holds a nice variety of warm water fish (trout, bass, crappie, perch etc).

It gets a good bit of speed boat traffic (odd in my opinion due to size of lake) in the summer.  In the past I've only fished Round Lake which is attached to it by a small connector.  I'm just working my way around and learning the main lake.  It is suppose to hold some nice bass, but haven't found those yet either.

Washington lakes has a little map and some write ups on it as well

Well, the fish numbers are up again, but the reports from Drano are still miserable.  We talked about fishing Drano soon and there was even mention of even trying tomorrow (Tues Apr 28th) but I haven't heard anything more about it.  I have a lot going on this week so I'm going to hold off until the chance of catching a fish is better then about 1 in 100.

currently about 40, and raining in heavy bursts. Wind's calm at least. I'm going to head over shortly, but not sure how long I'll be there.

Recent reports from Drano and other spots above Bonneville say fishing is picking up!  :o

I went to Drano Friday.  Put in at 6:00 AM and fished till about 8:30.  I didn't see anyone catch a fish and there were 50-75 boats from what I could tell.  Very light winds by Drano standards. I did see a small row boat pull into shore with a fish on a stringer however.  I fished anchovies on a spinner, shrimp on a spinner, and orange magnum wiggle warts.  All I caught was a smolt.  There were lots of smolt schools on the fishfinder but very few salmon.  Not sure if I plan on going back unless fishing improves tenfold.
