RIP Brother Joel

Many of you here knew him via NCKA.  Many of you supported him via Pay If Forward.  It is with a heavy heart that I share with you that he passed last night, succombing to the cancer that he fought so valiantly for 3+ years.  Farewell my friend.

I was looking on NCKA recently to see if there was any updates since he stopped treatment and let Hospice take over. 

He was a very much loved person obvious by all the support he had in the kayak community. 

RIP Mooch! 

You will be missed and revered for years to come.

Goodbye my friend. You fought it hard and well.

RIP, Brother Mooch. Your spirit will live on with many of your yak fishing brothers.
