For $100 or so you can usually find a combo Penn 320GT2 and an uglystick or similar rod.  They may be heavy but should work fine.   I think I have even seen them at Bimart too.

We'll see what she comes up with.  She's a buyer for Bi-Mart, at least for another several months until she retires, so if they sell it, and have it in stock, she'll be able to get it at a really good price.
