Hey I was looking around for some more tournaments to fish this year because I got the bug last year. I figured I would post this up and maybe we could start compiling a list of tournaments around the state.
They don't have to be kayak only events but they should be fish able in a kayak. As people comment I will edit this post.

6/14 Tanwax lake (trout) Rainbow RV Resort
6/15 Offut lake (trout) Fathers Day Derby, Offut lake resort ($1)

I might get down on that Offut Lake tourney. That's one of my usual haunts. Nice little lake with a 5mph speed limit all the time. It's heavily stocked too

Right off the WDFW website

http://wdfw.wa.gov/fishing/contests/

Good luck!

I looked at that, the majority of these are members only and some of what I did manage to track through did not look like it would be manageable from a kayak vs powerboat or the rules didn't allow it.
There are also a ton of salmon derbies and things that go on that are not on this list either.

You are right there is not much out there for the kayakers.  I talked to one of the local club tournaments organizers.  He said that he would look into allowing kayaks.  Against power boats you are at a huge disadvantage.  If you can get enough kayak people showing intrest in the tournaments, maybe tournament organizers maybe they will open a kayak division.

You could hold your own when it comes to smaller lake tournaments, you just may not be able to get to the best spot as fast. The one I posted at offut lake does not allow gas engines so it evens the playing field.
Some I have seen like the south sound salmon derby have you turning in fish at an area that is not the best fishing and you have to bring the fish by boat, so you either stay close and fish or paddle your ass off.
