2014 SlayRide vids

As you've read, this was another successful tourney! In typical fashion, Dino and Doulce went WAY over the top making enough food to feed us all 3 times over! Then add the rest of our dishes to include homebrew and moonhsine...well on my way to a serious case of adult onset diabetes... It's always great to hang out and talk with everyone! Lots of faces I only get to see from tourney to tourney, and always a few new ones to match to screen names. Cant wait to do it all again in 2015!

The first video is unedited footage of pedal from the back of the hotel, to the park in front of the grocery store. Quite a few boats had packed it in by this point, but there's still a good showing!

The second vid is 2 of the 3 fish I boated. Thought I started the camera for the 3rd, but failed... Good story behind the 2nd fish in the vid! When I hooked it I was beside the red and yellow boats you see behind me (Bill, fungunnin and Zach Sculinator's teenage son). My fish made a hard charge around Bill's bow, jumping about 3-4 feet in the air smashing Zach in the side of the face! Luckily neither the jig buried in the corner of it's mouth, nor any of the teeth did him any damage! He just looked completely unamused as the fish landed with a huge splash soaking him from head to toe! Sorry Zach...
