Willamette Park, pay to launch/park.  There is also the OMSI paddle craft launching dock: 1927 SE Water Ave in Portland.

Well I had a great time just no fish.  There were atleast a hundred boats out there and I only heard reports of two fish caught.   Could have been the same fish reported by two different people, not sure.  I missed you Charley, what happened?  Was that your boat in the back of your truck in the parking lot?   I trolled from the ross island to just above the sellwood bridge and nothing was happening.  Water was calm and is clearing up nicely.  I will probably be back next weekend.

I was out from 6 till 9:30 or so when I realized I had lost my truck key somewhere. When I went to call my wife from the water my phone died from the cold, so I booked back in and borrowed a phone and loaded my boat.

We must have just crossed paths because my boat was only loaded in the parking lot for a bit until she rescued me.

Same as you, no fish. I went the opposite direction as you and fished Holgate Channel to the end of the no wake zone.

Well glad you got out.  I followed a group of PB'ers to the south.  Looked like they knew where they were going.
