I have been a member for some time but have very little kayak fishing experience.  Finally retired so that will change.  I'm trying to find other kayak anglers on the Olympic Peninsula.  I would also like to take part in other meetings or events in Washington in general and am willing to travel.  Any information that I could get would be great.

Thanks for replying to my post.  I hope to attend both tournaments.  I live in Sequim and have had my boat out of Port Williams and also Lake Leland.  I hear that there are some kayak fishermen that go out of Freshwater Bay west of Port Angeles.  I also hope to explore the West End - Neah Bay, Sekiu, etc.  Lots of learning to do.

Welcome.  You're in a great location for fishing.  I try to make it out to Freshwater Bay a couple times a year for halibut, then salmon later on in the summer.  Beautiful scenery.

I live out in Port Angeles and always looking to get out on the water. Gearing up for the up coming Halibut season so If anyone heads out give me a shout. I'm willing to drive to have some company on the water. I havent done much northwest fishing out of the kayak seeing I am from the east coast so I am not the guy to show you the ropes per se!
