Planning a few spring trips up to Cheney and/or Potholes areas.  The wife does not like it when I am out on the water by myself, but she is perfectly fine trusting me with someone I met online.  Stranger Danger!

I live in the Tri Cities. Last year I fished at Fishtrap Resevoir a couple of times. I do a lot of fishing around the Tri Cities area.  Potholes is a place I'd be interested in fishing. I'm hoping to do some springer salmon fishing. I've done it out of a boat, but not a kayak.

I'll go!

Been kayak fishing here for 10 plus years. Always fun to fish with another kayaker. I'm always in my old, yellow, Wilderness Systems Tarpon 160i. I paddle as much or more in the winter, no winter fishing  yet, maybe we can talk SmokeyAngler into a salmon trip?

Cheers,
Jay

Hi Justin,
I'd love to head down there!
I've paddled Hat Rock many times, never fished. What were you thinking of fishing for?

I fish for Bass, sturgeon and shoot carp in the area.  There are Walleye in the area but I've yet to hook one.

I think  it's only a 30 minute drive from Tri-cities.  It's 2hrs each way for me.

That sounds good, I've always wanted to check out Wallowa Lake or any other body of water around there. Have you fished there?

I haven't fished it too much.  I plan on at least 1 trip this spring when the Kokes start biting.

I live in Tekoa.  Planning on going on the snake a bit by Central Ferry.  I have a sit in right now though, so I pick my days pretty carefully....
When in doubt, throw a line out!
