Used 2 times, like new condition, 9 feet 6 inches, 15-40lb, fast action, XCC 965
Purchased beginning of March, original price of $279, it was on sale for $199. From fisher mans delta park. 
Great for sprinters.
Used 2 times on my kayak and I decided it was too long and purchased a smaller rod.  My mistake = your steal. 
Price is firm.
